Roger Williams Zoo, September 7, 2009

Today was Labor Day, and Dan and I were off from work. We decided to go to the zoo. It was a nice day, too nice as everyone was there! But we had fun anyway! The elephants had a new habitat, and there was a baby giraffe too! The seals were being fed, so they were doing habits for fish! They were fun to watch, I could have watched them all day but the zoo was closing in a few hours! The gibbons were fun to watch too! One was in his fish car just hanging out! One of the moon bears was sitting between two rocks. It was so cute! They will be making a new polar bear exhibit, but it wont be started til after the completion of the children's zoo in 2011. So it is going to be awhile, unfortunately! I also loved the eagles and the red panda. They have always been favorites of mine! All in all it was a great day! There are pictures on my photobucket!
